- GECKOLINE Sportswear GmbH continuously develops new products and systems designed to improve health and performance. Our clients benefit from our intensive interdisciplinary cooperation of specialists and scientists who participate in the offer range (B2B) of GECKOLINE.
- We produce high quality sun protection textiles and functional clothing for sport and recreation. These products are improved continuously to meet always the highest standards. Additionally we inform the public about the medical aspects of sun radiation and allergic reactions. Target groups are kinder gardens, risk groups (especially professionals highly exposed to sun radiation), professional and non-professional sportsmen and people exposed to risks by recreational activities.
- Our special focus is on children as the group most at risk by excessive sun exposure. We inform about the potential problems in relation to sun radiation, allergies and skin diseases (i.e. neurodermatitis). GECKOLINE products are recommended by leading medical organisations and ministries.
- We are also backed in our activities by many world champions and VIPs. Our products are also present on TV, i.e. in the RTL-sitcom "unter uns". Organisations like WHO, BfS (Federal German Authority for Radiation Protection) and EUROSKIN (an association of European physicians and ministries) as well as many physicians and university teachers are backing our campaigns. - GECKOLINE products are health protecting functional and meet highest international standards. They have been certified and patented and fulfil Öko-Tex Standard 100.
- GECKOLINE Sportswear looks for solutions for solar protection within a scientific research project with our partner RUNEX®123, studying the use of nano technology for clothing. Scientifically proven results will be produced during a unique medical running project under the patronage of WHMF (World Humanitarian Marathon and Ultra-Marathon Foundation). Our products are already tested during the Badwater Ultra Marathon, the World’s hardest marathon (217 km non-stop through the Death Valley), in California.
- Our textiles are specially developed for professional sportsmen for extreme conditions. Products wearing the Geckoline seal are tested under extreme conditions and present definitely no health risks. They are recommended by independent medical professional organisations.
